With my own business to run, I needed a quick transfer of all my files and software to my new notebook. Thomas came the very next day and sorted everything out with no fuss. He didn't even need a cup of tea!

I realise that my computer problem was just another job to you, but I was over the moon by the result and the professional way you tackled the job. On the phone you said the job would take a little over half an hour. If you could only have read my thoughts which were, he does not know what he is coming into. How wrong I was.
I must also thank you for the paper-work appertaining to the security measures and the advice given. I am a firm believer that we all learn something new each day and I certainly learned from your visit.
